Refund policy
We understand that’s sometime you might change you mind on what you have ordered or perhaps you order the wrong thing. That’s completely fine and we offer a 30 day return policy for a store credit.
Items must be unused, in the condition they were received in and in the original packaging.
Liquid items purchased via local pickup cannot be returned if uncollected after 3 days
Items on sale and adhesives can not be returned.
Courses online or in person cannot be refunded under any circumstances
Domestic Return Process
- Use the contact form and notify us that you are making a return. Please attach the original order number in the details.
- Carefully pack any items to avoid damage
- Visit your closet Australian Post outlet and have them post the items back to our PO Box. This will be done at your cost. PO BOX 63 Morphett Vale 5162
